Hello, I’m Alison Simpson. Everyone that knows me calls me “The Colorado Girl.” I’ve just arrived home post graduation from a small prestigious liberal arts college on the east coast. I’m living with my “rents.” These are my real biological married for life parents. I also have a 13-year-old brother, Alex.

Half-Pipe was an abandoned baby, and now he’s a superb brilliant golden retriever with a little of something else (probably blood hound). Half-Pipe fortunately never bites humans. Half-Pipe was starving when we arrived, and I swear he did nothing but eat the first week home. He found a home at night in my bed.

The Colorado Girl Diary proceeds in life with her third diary book. She faces immense challenges and happenings in business, family, love affairs and occasional conflicts with friends. Her adept song and dance group (Downtown) remains intact.
The Downtown group is now recording in a purchased barn and have begun work on a musical (Colorado Girl). Modern lyrics, music history and classical dance within the musical are now preformed at their concerts in Summit County,
Colorado.
